ANYTHING that will push you and help motivate you on those days that you are tired.

What is my motivation? My Family and My blog followers!  How can I help those around me if I do not practice what I am teaching?

So figure out what it is that will motivate you to get up and start living a healthier and more active life!

Do not forget to put that reminder in a place where you will see it EVERYDAY.  So you will see this constant reminder to make healthy lifestyle choices to help you achieve your personal health goals!
