Try to find some healthier holiday food/drink alternatives.
I know that during the holiday you gather with friends and family. You eat, drink, and be merry. So how about trying to sneak in (or make it know) so healthier less calorie alternatives. Just because it is “low-fat” does not mean that it has to taste gross or inedible! There are plenty of recipes (look on the main blog for drink recipes) that you can use!
So to help you stay on track with your health goals this is a perfect time to try to watch what you eat (or alter it to a healthier option).
